Smooze Green Machine Smoothie (pictured above)
1 x frozen Pineapple + Coconut Smooze Fruit Ice
1 x orange – peeled, roughly cut & seeds removed
1 cup baby spinach leaves
2 sprigs mint, leaves only
¾ cup filtered water
Place in a blender and blend to your preferred texture. Add more ice if you prefer.
Smooze Health Kick Smoothie
1 frozen Smooze Fruit Ice in a flavor of your choice
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup fresh mango flesh (substitute: use canned peaches out of season)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 handful of LSA (mixed linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
¾ cup filtered water (substitute: use rice/soy milk for a richer smoothie)
Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Guava Mixed Berry Acai Bowl
Pure Unsweetened Acai Puree – If you can’t find frozen acai puree, there is also acai powder available.
Your preferred mix of frozen berries
Banana – Ideally frozen, bananas are naturally super sweet and super creamy (not to mention loaded with potassium!)
One frozen serving of super yummy Guava and Coconut Smooze.
Liquid – Your choice of milk, coconut milk, or any variety of fruit juice.
